INTAKE
Receive contracts, order title and lien, prepare initial file. Confirm receipt of initial deposit.
INTRODUCTION
Contact buyer and seller, introduce the closing agent, acquire any pertinent information for closing.
COMPLIANCE
Review title and lien search, obtain any required documents for closing, clear for closing. Work with lenders toward closing. Order survey.
SCHEDULE
Schedule closing according to date compliance review is complete and all parties are prepared.
CLOSING
Obtain signatures. Ensure compliance regulations are met. Disbursement of funds once all parties have signed and complied.
POST CLOSING
Provide all parties with closing documents, policy issuance, and assistance.
